  2. I find it strange that a bank would lend a man and wife 233000.00 dollars in December 2009 for 30 days (the very first promissory note posted.) This would be about six months after they were in default, according to the court report, I think something stinks at this bank, and maybe the bank examiners were coming to the bank in January of 2010. Maybe the bank was so taken by this famous artist that they got just what they deserved. As far as I known they dropped the case, thinking their other good customers should make up the 9 million Fred and Donna Hoppe owe them! As I said earlier something stinks, you don’t have to have a law degree to see that fraud was committed, just look at the facts on the P51 pictures. I don’t think I would let my children put their piggy bank money in this bank!
